The Concept
Sugandh is a fictional Indian fragrance brand I envisioned and built as a creative exercise in storytelling, brand building, and visual execution. Inspired by warmth, intimacy, and native elegance, the entire look — from the name to the packaging and art direction — was developed to explore how a homegrown brand can feel premium, rooted, and cinematic.
